Training Runs & Training Programs

 

Training runs will be held periodically on the course.  Be sure to check the training run box on the Home Page for the current training runs, or click HERE.

Click HERE for a 20 week training program that starts June 2, specifically tailored for the Hambletonian Marathon.  This program is based on Hal Higdon’s Novice 2 Marathon Training program with dates added that correlate to the Hambletonian Marathon date.
