MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAMS:

Click HERE for a 20 week training program that starts May 29, specifically tailored for the Hambletonian Marathon.  This program is based on Hal Higdon’s Novice 2 Marathon Training program with dates added that correlate to the Hambletonian Marathon date.
